As a **Product Owner, Contact Centre Platforms**, you will
- Support defining the future state of NAB’s end-to-end connected contact centre platform experience across voice and messaging platforms, develop a roadmap for realising the defined future state, and deliver key initiatives efficiently and effectively
- Lead cross functional squads to design, elaborate, build, and implement initiatives that improve the customer experience
- Represent the voice of the customer when developing the product roadmap. Keeping this voice front of mind to prioritise, balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference and challenge the status quo
- Perform analysis to articulate business need and solution requirements and understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery
- Translate end user / customer insights into Epics, Features and Stories - complete with acceptance criteria, which can easily be understood by the squad
- Manage stakeholders for the squad and management of interdependencies across the Domain

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Product Owner role along with proven experience in Digital, Product and/or Customer Strategy/Experience/Agile Delivery
- Experience developing, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieve the intended outcomes; and building multi-year roadmaps
- Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Demonstrated ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints, in line with Domain cadence
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills
- Expertise in Agile methodologies coupled with delivery experience working with cross functional squads
