**illycaffe Australia is seeking an experienced technical resource to support our comprehensive equipment maintenance program across the Sydney market.**

**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced technical resource that can undertake the following across the office, restaurant and café markets as well as domestic customers.
- Undertaken general machine cleaning, flush, descale process on a regular basis
- Check and recalibrate illy coffee shot recipes on a range of machines
- Clean Brew and Milk systems on automatic machines
- Replace o-rings, hoses
- Discharge and clean grinders
- Clean drainage hoses
- Reset machine settings

You will be working autonomously and within a successful cross functional team.

**A competitive hourly rate will be negotiated.**

Pay: $40.00 - $53.56 per hour
