illycaffe Australia is seeking an experienced technical resource to support our comprehensive equipment maintenance program across the Sydney market.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced technical resource that can undertake the following across the office , restaurant and café markets as well as domestic customers.

  • Undertaken general machine cleaning, flush, descale process on a regular basis
  • Check and recalibrate illy coffee shot recipes on a range of machines
  • Clean Brew and Milk systems on automatic machines
  • Replace o-rings, hoses
  • Discharge and clean grinders
  • Clean drainage hoses
  • Reset machine settings

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training from the illy team and enjoy working with customers and committed to providing preparing equipment that provides a great coffee experience..

The ideal candidate is a mature individual with a technical background that seeks a casual role with a growing, professional business team.

You will be working autonomously and within a successful cross functional team.

A competitive hourly rate will be negotiated.
