About the role
Paddington Prestige Smash Repairs is seeking a full-time Stripper & Fitter to join our team in Banksmeadow, NSW. As a Stripper & Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the repair and restoration of high-end vehicles within our Automotive Trades business.
What you'll be doing
- Carefully disassemble vehicles to gain access to damaged parts and components
- Remove and replace parts, panels, and trim in preparation for the repair process
- Fit and align new or repaired parts to ensure a perfect finish
- Work closely with the Painter and other team members to ensure a seamless repair
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Significant experience as a Stripper & Fitter in the automotive repair industry
- Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
