**Responsibilities**
- Oversee drone service operations, including flights and maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and assist colleagues with tasks.
- Generate repair and maintenance service quotations.
- Efficiently manage and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee inventories of spare parts, tools, and support equipment.
- Engage in R&D for drone and robotics development.
- Conduct inspections, repairs, and provide detailed flight analysis reports.
- Test and troubleshoot drone systems and related equipment.
- Deliver exemplary after-sales support and on-site technical repairs.
- Train new pilots and technicians while maintaining professional conduct.
- Prioritize safety and ensure readiness of drones and robotics for operations.
- Handle on-site commissioning, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with staff and customers.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and typing).
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach.
- Goal-driven with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Proactive and ambitious attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in remote control cars or drones.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and travel.

**PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS**
- Legal work authorization in Australia.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- A valid driver’s license with 4WD experience.
