**What You Need**:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing/telephone-based role
- A proven track record providing excellent customer service
- Solid communication skills with the ability to speak appropriately with people of all levels
- Experience within financial services or a finance graduate
- Tech savvy, inquisitive, and the ability to pick up new programmes and processes quickly
