**The Opportunity**

You will gain exposure to different areas of saw-doctoring, sharpening, bandsaw manufacture, including machining and CNC operation.

On the job training will be provided in all aspects of the role as required, working alongside experienced staff.

No experience is necessary as long as you have a technical/mechanical aptitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are most important.

**Essential Skills and Attributes/ Selection criteria**
- Physically fit as some manual handling is required
- Attention to detail, taking pride in your work, be reliable and committed.
- Be well organized with excellent time management
- A positive can-do attitude
- Must have the ability to work successfully both independently and with other team members
- Communicate effectively across the business
- Experience with tool & cutter machines is desirable but not essential
- Must be able to learn and use screen interface machine controls and programs
- Experience with CNC grinding machines is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
