About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy mechanical workshop. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage staff, ensure high-quality workmanship, and be the friendly, professional face of our business for customers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading, supervising, and motivating a team of skilled mechanics
  • Managing job scheduling, workflow, and workshop efficiency
  • Providing professional front-of-house customer service
  • Preparing accurate quotes and liaising with suppliers
  • Ordering and managing parts and stock levels
  • Maintaining high safety, compliance, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Manager
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and keep a team focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, customer-first approach with a professional and approachable style
  • Current manual driver's licence
