ECD is a collaborative and high-performing workplace where your contributions are valued, and your efforts recognised.The Role:Workshop & field servicing.Accurate records & timely job completion.Safe practices & team collaboration.Career growth & skill development.Maintain, diagnose, and repair a wide range of diesel equipment.Provide efficient field service to minimise downtime and boost client productivity.Support junior technicians through mentoring and skill development.Essential Work Skills and Attributes:Current Driver's license (HR Preferred).High attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.Professional appearance, conduct, and work environment.Ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.Desire for success and commitment to going the extra mile.Enthusiasm and a sense of humour.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical issues.Additional certifications such as forklift licence or working at heights would be advantageous.
