BOC Limited Australia **Business Manager, Metro** Preston (VIC), Australia | req10870 **What you will enjoy doing** - You have strong personal commitment and leadership of safety disciplines in the region with a focus on zero harm to people and the environment - Furthermore, you proactively identify and implement continual business improvement initiatives within a defined region with specific focus on developing alternative cost-effective channels to market, supply chain improvements & product service offer rationalization / enhancements - You continually deliver accelerated sales outcomes by driving productivity of salespeople through focused performance management to targets, monitoring of contractual status, field activity, business development focus, customer retention and pricing / margin performance - Working proactively and collaboratively with other business functions supporting initiatives which drive EBIT improvement while maintaining or enhancing overall customer experience outcomes - You will be directly accountable for the delivery of continual revenue & profit growth for the region; leading the area to deliver all safety, sales, service, inventory and profit targets - Contributing to the overall performance of the business unit as a senior member of the management team and the wider performance of the BOC business by ensuring initiatives and activity adequately support or address the needs of teams and customers outside of the Industrial Compressed function - Leading a culture of high performance in the region and ensuring team members are selected, trained and developed to be safe, proactive & positive in all aspects of their individual roles **What makes you great** - You hold a technical qualification and although not essential, it will be held in high regard - You build solid long lasting customer relationships and negotiate large supply agreements (>$250k + Annual Spend) - Your experience in leading and developing teams in an environment of change will be highly regarded - Furthermore, you have proven experience delivering overall results through close management of individual team members including KPIs - Identifying, planning and delivery of ongoing business transformation initiatives **Why you will love working with us** Are you looking for challenges?
