**About The Role**:
Are you ready to elevate your career? Compare the Market is searching for a dynamic Sales Leader to join our Home Loan Team. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive growth, operational efficiency, and a top-tier customer experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Money, you'll oversee the entire home loans vertical, ensuring that both team and business objectives are fully supported.

As the Sales Leader, you’ll be instrumental in leading a team of Home Lending Specialists & Consultants. You’ll provide strategic direction while ensuring that the team remains motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the company’s vision. Your leadership will help shape our customer-centric initiatives and ensure best practice in process efficiency, compliance, and overall team performance.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Home Lending Specialists & Consultants.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, manage pipeline performance, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Drive exceptional customer experiences by implementing initiatives that streamline processes and enhance communication.
- Monitor financial metrics, such as loan origination volume and revenue, to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a customer satisfaction program to refine the team's soft skills, delivering an unparalleled “Home Loan Heaven” experience.
- Provide senior management with performance updates, addressing challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular staff training to ensure adherence to processes and foster career development within the team.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Certificate IV or Bachelor’s Degree in Business - Business Administration or Business Management is preferred
- Current AML certificate.
- MFAA or FBAA Membership.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership and coaching role.
- Demonstrated ability to assess operational process and functions to improve business productivity, customer experience, financial returns, and compliance.
- Development of processes, work instructions, training materials, supporting documentation and workflows.
