This position plays a pivotal role in steering the campaigns for the meerkats Operating like an in-house marketing agency, Meerkat Studios amalgamates the finest aspects of brand and performance marketing to position Compare the Market as Australians' top choice for insurance, energy, or a home loan. Your primary responsibility is to market Compare the Market’s General Insurance portfolio, including Car, Home & Contents, Travel, and Pet Insurances. As the "conductor of the marketing orchestra," you serve as the primary liaison for Meerkat Studio’s internal clients, facilitating the realisation of their concepts through collaboration across the marketing team, guiding each member through the process of bringing the brief to life. As a key figure within our organisation, you will closely collaborate with the General Manager of the Brand to spearhead and implement strategic endeavours aimed at enhancing brand preference, fostering category growth, and advancing the overarching marketing strategy. **What You’ll Do**: - Assist in the delivery of the brand strategy through effective management of campaigns and initiatives. - Ensure all communications and customer touchpoints align with the brand strategy and adhere to applicable legislation and internal policies. - Oversee brand codes to ensure alignment with the brand code library and compliance with relevant standards. - Provide insightful reports on branding effectiveness, offering valuable business insights into return on investment. - Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives for continual improvement in customer and employee engagement, reporting, and systems within the CTM Marketing Department. **What You’ll Bring**: You are a quintessential people person and take pride in your stakeholder engagement.
