**About The Role**:
Are you a talented Commercial Analyst looking for your next challenge? Compare the Market is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential insights and analyses to help shape strategic decisions and drive business performance across our Health, Energy, and Life Verticals.

Your responsibilities will include analysing sales data, assessing market trends, and building models to support commercial strategies and decision-making. You’ll work closely with multiple departments, ensuring we optimise our business approach and deliver value to our customers. **What You’ll Do**:

- Analyse sales, financial reports, and market data to provide actionable insights across the Health, Energy, and Life sectors.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
- Build and maintain models to aid in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Conduct competitor analysis and assess business opportunities to support growth strategies.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to develop commercial strategies and optimise business performance.
- Provide recommendations on new projects, product launches, and market expansions.
- Identify areas for process improvement, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
- Communicate findings and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
- Monitor and assess financial and operational risks associated with commercial decisions.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Expertise in data analysis and financial modelling with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, business metrics, and market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
- Proven experience working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
