**Your Role**

As a **Customer Success Specialist**, you will be the bridge between our customers and our operations team. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction, streamline communication, and nurture lasting relationships by providing top-notch support and assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and support.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide timely updates on order statuses, deliveries, and any relevant changes.
- Proactively gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a seamless experience from the start.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Fluency in both English and Italian is a must (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the food & beverage or distribution industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- italian and English (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
