**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Customer Experience Representative to join our Customer Hub at Carma. As the voice of Carma, you'll be the first contact with our customers, having the chance to assuring a great experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow your car product knowledge, we will make sure you keep up with car brands, models and features to help guide customers' buying decisions and match them to their next set of wheels
- Assisting our customers during their process, at the right moment with empathy and understanding
- Anticipate potential customer issues, troubleshoot and offer solutions to ensure fast turnaround times and an amazing buying experience for every customer
- Be a true team player - take accountability, follow up and close the loop on every interaction.

**About you**:

- Previous customer service experience
- A love of cars... or eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- verbal and written
- A second language will be a big plus
- Tech savvy, and comfortable learning and adapting to new systems
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Available full-time, available to work weekends

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,957.66 per year

- 8 hour shift
