Gemstone Sourcing Specialist

We are excitedly searching for a Gemstone Sourcing Specialist to join our team

This is a multi-faceted role, which works collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver the best possible quoting service to our clients. A sales support role, this specialist works as a support function for our sales team (ecommerce & retail), whilst effectively coordinating with many divisions such as procurement, merchandising, design, supply chain and production. In addition, the Gemstone Sourcing Specialist plays an important role in the successful management of our high value vault stones & samples in order to maximise bespoke sales opportunities across the business.

This role is a** Tuesday - Saturday** position, based four days a week in our Sydney studio and one day a week in our Retail Stores.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Source diamonds & coloured gemstones for bespoke orders
- Provide bespoke quotes for online & retail teams in a timely, efficient manner
- Manage our diamond vault - updating, tracking, transferring & replenishing this in collaboration with our merchandising team
- Support our teams with queries on their quotes
- Certificate & storage management for our loose & set diamonds
- Update pricing calculators & supporting team with these tools where necessary
- Complete Insurance claims & certificate of sale for sales teams

**WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU**
- Qualified Gemologist - GIA/GAA Diamond qualifications
- Wide understanding of diamonds, gemstones & alloys
