You will be a dynamic and commercially savvy HRIS Implementation Change Manager with exceptional collaboration and influencing skills to bring the organisation on a transformative journey.

Lead the change management of TLC’s new HRIS which includes rostering, time and attendance and payroll.

We are mid-way through the build and now in the testing phase - so you will be skilled in influencing a mindset to troubleshoot all possible scenarios to ensure a seamless delivery 1 July 2025.

Based at our stunning Head Office on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park, you will report directly to the CHRO and CIO.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead the change and project management for UKG Ready (Kronos) implementation
- Partner closely with a broad range of key stakeholders during and post implementation
- Ensure the testing phase sets the product launch for success
- Manage the UKG partnership
- Continue momentum and deliver the program to its successful completion
- Ensure go live objectives are clearly communicated and agreed with stakeholders
- Responsible for continuous product improvement and education post implementation

About you
- 5+ years experience in leading change management, preferably of a HRIS
- Understanding of multiple EBAs and awards
- Experience in healthcare desirable
- Expertise of the requirements to achieve well managed implementations
- Commercially savvy
- Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- An ability to work in a dynamic environment in an evolving business
