**Your new role**

The HRIS Program Manager is accountable to the Senior Manager People Systems, Insights & Payroll for all stages of implementing a HRIS system including; requirements gathering, solution scoping, vendor RFP and selection, design, build, configuration, data migration and implementation of HRIS modules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management and governance activities
- Leading the project team to deliver the functional development and implementation of the new HRIS system
- Ensure the solution aligns with business needs, technical priorities, and user experience expectations
- Accountable for all stages of implementing a HRIS including requirements gathering, solution scoping, design, build, configuration, data migration and implementation of HRIS products/systems, Proven success in project management and process improvement
- Oversee all data management activities including extracting and cleaning, data transformation and migration
- Partner effectively with IT, Payroll, HR, Change Management, Project, and Training teams as well as external vendors
- Make recommendations to automate, streamline and scale existing processes that will be underpinned by the HRIS solution
- Lead user experience and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to design workshops and meeting and owning the full cycle, including functional requirements and user acceptance testing

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Experience in a similar role, implementing a HRIS system
- Excellent knowledge of HR System(s) and an understanding of technical integrations
- Project Management qualifications highly regarded (e.g. Agile, Prince2, Lean)
- Effective collaboration skills with team members and third-party vendors
- Pragmatic and positive with the ability to balance and achieve systems, commercial/business and people outcomes

**What you'll get in return**
