We are a well-known bathware wholesaler located in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. Our company continues to achieve success and acclaim due to our innovative processes and exceptional customer service. Currently we are looking for a talented account/admin officer to join our supportive team for a permanent full time role. **Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.**

The duties in the role will include:

- Full Function of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Processing invoices and creating end of month Financial reporting to management and external accountant
- Managing petty cash and other staffs expense claims
- Assisting with importing transactions and foreign currency payments
- Help the customer service team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Providing general administrative support

**Salary**: $60,775.00 - $71,825.00 per year
