**How will I help?**

This is an opportunity to join the Group Protective Services Team as an Analytics Manager. The Group Protective Services (GPS) Data Analytics & Insights Team exists to provide insightful reporting to the GPS teams and build automation tools to help simplify the business.

You will be responsible for a wide variety of work; there is regular reporting that needs to be run each day, week, and month but the majority of time will be spent working with stakeholders to design, build and implement new automation tools or reporting. Advanced Power Platform experience will assist with automation and strong SQL & data visualisation skills will enable you to source & present your data but it is your ability to think independently, anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver to the highest standards that will enable you to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Design, build and implement reporting, analytics and automation solutions that support operational excellence for the GPS teams, including Protective Security, Incident Response, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
- Challenge, research & propose different tools & systems to take our automation & reporting to the next level
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive engagement and develop strong working relationships
- Run the regular ‘Business as Usual’ reporting accurately & reliably

**What do I need?**

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable with a strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally. You will have Power Platform development experience, especially Power Aps and Power-BI. You will have SQL and database exposure as well as sourcing, analysing and verifying new data sources. You will be able to carry out analysis and provide insights to stakeholders.

You will preferably come with financial services experience and be able to design and build reports, including ad-hoc reporting, regular reporting and automation.
