Role Overview
Due to significant growth we continue to experience we are looking to have a dedicated senior level person to join our BFS team. While the role could be based out of Sydney or Melbourne, the expectation is to be client-facing and 60% at client site – this is not a permanent WFH role. It will involve domestic and some international travel. This role involves driving significant growth and scale from our existing banking relationships (maintain and aggressively grow TCV via farming across key business, technology, and Data and AI functions). You will be instrumental in shaping our overarching business strategy, collaborating with global leaders across our BFS practice.
Responsibilities
End-to-end management of client relationship, pursue aggressive growth, P&L management.
Lead sales activities to achieve exponential revenue growth targets in the assigned territory.
Structure high-value, strategic deals, leveraging industry knowledge to identify upcoming disruptions.
Develop strategies and change management tactics for growth and increased wallet share in banking accounts.
Manage and nurture C-level relationships
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand the relationship and introduce new business.
Oversee complex operational activities related to the account.
Lead solutioning aspects by translating client requirements to the consulting and capability teams.
Negotiate large deals, MSA, contracts to win-win outcomes.
Qualifications
12 to 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in Australian BFS, with a proven track record in selling solutions centered around Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Engineering in the technology or consulting services sector
Client relationships at CXO level that you have worked with and will be able to call on in Big4/5 (your territory)
Reasonable technical knowledge and business acumen to be able to represent to CXO level and below.
Must be proficient at articulating and delivering analytics solutions on at least one major cloud platform.
Demonstrated ability to generate impactful client engagement in top-tier banking firms.
Proven capability to develop and execute strategic client growth plans, maximizing wallet share.
In-depth knowledge of the BFS industry, competitors, and trends.
Track record of selling large consulting services deals, managing a portfolio within the $50M range.
Ability to strategize and manage multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on digital, cloud, analytics, and other new-age services.
Strong executive presence, entrepreneurial spirit, team building, ability to motivate and drive large complex multi-country teams
