**About the Role**

In this role you will report to the People & Culture Advice and Services Manager and contribute across Council as part of a dynamic People, Culture & Workplace (PC&W) Team. You will be partnering with internal stakeholders and leading your recruitment team to attract and hire outstanding talent and build a high performance culture that puts our people and community first.

You will be responsible for the provision of innovative and practical recruitment solutions for a workforce of around 1200 across a broad range of occupational categories, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to develop and deliver sourcing strategies for each vacancy, provide consultative advice and guidance around Council’s recruitment process as well as acting as a trusted source on salary benchmarking and industry trends. You will also get to influence and enact Council's employer brand and resourcing strategy, and lead and mentor Council’s recruitment team.

You will have the support of a high-performing People, Culture & Workplace team who are equally as passionate about delivering specialist advice, technical and management support to an organisation that is growing and transforming.

**What’s on Offer**

We are offering an attractive salary package from $120,384 - $132,568 (inclusive of salary & super)
