**The Company**

Our client is one of the largest private property groups in Australia and has a premium portfolio spanning commercial, retail and residential properties. Headquartered in Sydney they offer a more intimate, family-style environment, free from steep hierarchy and a great chance for a facilities professional to move across to owners-side

**The Property**

A 40+ storey A grade, Sydney CBD building with retail, food court, sizable childcare centre and 200+ car spaces. It’s undergone capital improvement to gain a 5-star NABERS Energy Rating, has had a lobby refurbishment and offers End of Trip facilities

**The Role**:
Holding the title of Operations Manager, you will be located onsite with a dedicated team around you including Maintenance, Projects, Engineer, Security etc.
- Maintain the building to a high standard
- Monitor all programs to ensure efficiency and reduce wastage / costs
- Stakeholder management and staff training / development
- Financial management, planning and forecasting
- Hard Facilities services & contractors,
- Ensuring building compliance and efficiency
- Keep a keen eye on contractor comparisons, as well as industry and technological advances that could be of benefit / implemented

**About You**:

- Ideally 5 - 15 years experience, with a willingness to still be hands-on
- Demonstrated experience in managing Commercial office tower buildings
- Mechanical or Electrical training and qualifications such as HVAC Technician or Electrician
- Good leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
