**Search Media Specialist - WooliesX**

**Multiple opportunities (permanent and fixed-term 12 month contract)**

**Based in Surry Hills
We are looking for innovative Search Marketers who love to push the boundaries on what search can do for a business, and thrive working in a progressive business unit of a market leading company.

**About the role**
As a Search Media Specialist, you will be passionate about how search marketing can deliver tangible results for a large business like Woolworths. You will enjoy working with clients from various levels and different areas of the business, and relish getting stuck into their business challenges so you can find innovative ways to solve them.

Working with the Search Media Lead and the broader ConnectedX business you will help develop campaigns and initiatives which drive product and category growth, as well as overall customer value.

You must be organised and efficient, and able to handle numerous clients with multiple campaigns across a broad range of brands and categories.

The roles key objectives include:

- Drive innovation in SEM through the use of group first party data.
- Drive channel growth through SEM to drive incremental revenue and achieve strategic business outcomes across multiple business units.
- Utilise Products Up to deliver best in class efficiencies to multiple feeds within GMC.
- Investigate new ways to integrate product and stock data from multiple sources across Woolworths tech stack, to ensure customers see the correct stocked/priced item in ads.
- Develop trusted relationships within squad, cross squad, cross tribe and with external stakeholders.
- Manage weekly briefing sessions with clients and other stakeholders to exceed commercial and business outcomes from the WooliesX targeted media buying platform.
- End to end management marketing plan execution across social channels.
- Prepare, present and manage timelines & budgets, with constant monitoring of key dates and budget control.
- Utilise tools such as Python, Excel, Big Query and Data Studio to drive automation and solve business opportunities.

**About you**
Essential:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a hands on SEM role
- Hands on experience with bid management tools such as SA360
- Hands on experience with GA360 / GA4 and Adobe Analytics
- Hands on experience in keyword planning and forecasting
- Good experience with Ad Servers such as Campaign Manager 360
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with Tagging solutions for measurement and audience building
- Strong visual reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in team leadership

Desirable:

- Previous experience from an in-house SEM role
- Experience in how SEM contributes to other elements within the digital marketing suite e.g display remarketing, on site experience
- Knowledge in the transfer of large data sets and the methods involved e.g. API, SFTP etc
- Knowledge of Products Up or similar feed management portal.
- Well-developed commercial acumen and proven ability to develop accurate forecasts that meet or exceeds objectives
- Experience with App ecosystems and driving usage
- Experience in Search research tools such as Adthena
- Understanding of online and offline attribution
- Experience in Python, Excel, Big Query and Data Studio
