**About the Role**

As the Ad Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the Endeavour Retail Media team working across multiple facets of the campaign operations process.

Whilst our account sales \ management team will engage clients and capture their campaign requirements and media bookings, you will partner behind the scenes ensuring seamless campaign management from booking, through to production, implementation and post campaign reporting to ensure our customers have the best experience.

Your role, reporting into the Production and Compliance Manager, will oversee the relationships with third party delivery \ solution partners ensuring SLA's are met and work across a broad range of media channels including in-store display and audio and breadth of online media.

Your day to day will involve:

- Staying across media inventory and its availability for sale; leveraging the analytics team
- Ensuring bookings, content approvals and supply processes are followed
- Deploying creative across the breadth of our owned channels
- Reporting on statuses and SLA's from 3rd party delivery partners
- Building relationships and partnering with internal stakeholders to identify new inventory opportunities for the Retail Media business
- Providing training to clients on our self-service platforms
- Working with our Business Analysts on process improvement and optimisation
- Keeping key stakeholders abreast of upcoming activity; including but not limited to ops, merchandise, marketing and instore teams.

**About You**

You have exceptional organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload, react to change and provide recommendations on key process decisions. Your client centric, solutions focused approach and great communication style will ensure your success in this role.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Client / Agency experience executing Retail Media or eCommerce activation OR experience in a marketing coordinator / specialist role demonstrating end-to-end campaign management across multiple media
- Deep understanding of the shopper path to purchase, the media landscape and its impacts on consumer purchase decisions
- Passion for the technical and operational aspects of the digital media landscape
- Business, Commerce or Marketing/Advertising degree qualification desirable.
