Join our Finance team as an Automotive Administrator, you’ll handle everything from vehicle documentation to transfers and compliance - keeping things accurate and on track from vehicle purchases to vehicle sale. If you’re detail obsessed, thrive on structure, and love finding ways to make processes smoother, this role is for you

**What you'll be doing**:

- Keep vehicle records accurate and up to date in our systems - because all the details matter
- Ensure all registrations, transfers and paperwork are spot-on.
- Double check details before car postings go live on our website and other platforms.
- Work closely with our Buying and Customer teams on purchases and trade ins, supporting the right paperwork and details required.
- Partner with our automotive production team to ensure car details are captured correctly - sometimes you'll be sitting amongst the production team in the middle of the action
- Support admin and compliance across the team, jumping in where needed and being flexible to support.

**Okay, let's talk about you**:

- You have experience in administration or coordination and your attention to detail is your number one strength
- You have a knack for problem-solving and making things run smoothly.
- You're able to work independently and take initiative, but still bounce things off the team when needed.
- You're confident using multiple systems and have excellent communication skills.
