Emerging Underwriting agency looking at add an experienced Professional Indemnity Underwriter

**Your new company**

The chance to work for a highly regarded Underwriting agency and reinsurance provider that has strong connections within Europe and the UK. In this role you will working within a team of Senior and Junior Underwriters to drive business and foster strong relationships with broker networks. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge to learn more about how to develop into a Market Facing Underwriting role. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand new and highly desirable team.

**Your new role**
Working as a Professional Indemnity Underwriter, you will be;
- Determining the acceptability, conditions, and pricing of routine moderate to complex insurance risks
- Underwriting routine Property insurance risks adhering to underwriting guidelines and standards
- Builds and develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders including face to face relationship building
- Support Junior members of the team to coach through complex cases

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Property Underwriting
- Strong technical knowledge of Professional Indemnity insurance products
- ANZIIF certificate (preferred)
- Customer service focused and Excellent written and verbal communication skills
