Well known brokerage looking at add a Policy & Premiums manager within their Workers Comp department.

**Your new role**
Working as an Workers Compensation Underwriter you will be;
- Focusing on renewals and managing your own portfolio of clients
- Preparing Workers’ Compensation quotations (nationally), in lines with legislation
- Handling complex Brokers queries across a range of issues to ensure acceptable outcomes
- Building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
- Training new staff

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- 3 years experience within Workers Compensation Underwriting
- Competent knowledge of renewals process
- A strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- A competitive Salary of between $130,000 - $150,000 + Super (depending on experience)
