The Opportunity

Our client is seeking to recruit two professional indemnity lawyers: Associate and Senior Associate.

At this firm, you will be exposed to large complex matters in the financial lines, D&O, class actions and construction/property space. This is an opportunity to work with local and global insurers as well as private ASX listed corporations. You will be mentored for development by the Partners and given the opportunity to be part of a diverse, genuine and friendly team.

About You

The ideal candidate for this senior role will have:

- At least 2 years+ years PAE with experience in a well-regarded firm or in-house environment

- Experience in defendant professional indemnity claims.

- Strong written and negotiation skills

- Ability to mentor junior members of the team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Enjoys building client relationships
