**About Us**
Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) is a division of the Department of Communities and Justice. CSNSW contributes to achieving the two major Government goals of preventing and reducing the level of re-offending and improving community confidence in the justice system.

**About the role**

The Sentence Management Operations Officer performs administration and records management functions and services that pertain to the detention and release of inmates, either as part of a team or individually.

The role performs core processing work within a Sentence Management Operation unit, which may include liaison with external and internal stakeholders, data integrity checking/entry and general administrative tasks, you will also be responsible for undertaking specialised administrative functions including:

- Ensuring all Custodial and Non-Custodial court orders are recorded accurately on the CSNSW database.
- Performing processing work associated with inmate transfers and advice from courts and tribunals

With your proven Administration Clerk experience supporting varied teams, you will be self-motivated, have the ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

You will possess strong technical skills which will help you plan and prioritise to successfully achieve positive outcomes for the team.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current NSW driver’s license and preparedness to travel to support operational and business unit needs.
- Must be able to undertake shift work - The Lodgement/Processing Unit operates 24hrs 7 days a week on a rotating 12-week roster.
- Shifts as follows **_A watch - 6am-2pm, D watch - 10am-6pm, C watch 2pm-10pm & B Watch 10pm-6am._**
