Forming part of the Orygen Specialist Program (OSP), a program of the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the Orygen Clinical Training (OCT) team comprises of dynamic and enthusiastic multidisciplinary clinicians dedicated to building the Youth Mental Health workforce across Victoria.
**Your new role**:
- The Administrative Officer provides essential support to the team, and the OCT Coordinator to deliver the teams activities. In this role, you will:
- Plan, develop and maintain processes that support OCT to conduct their activities.
- Plan projects, keep records and develop and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule and promote training, manage bookings, invoicing.
- Communicating with participants.
- Enter contacts into CMI
- Accurately record shifts and maintain Roster On.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**About You**:
- Good organisational, time-keeping and communication skills
- Good team worker as well as able to work autonomously
- Able to ask for support and assistance when required
- Experience using Microsoft suite, Eventbrit, Qualtrics and other software packages.
- Previous administration experience in a mental health service and/or public health organisation
- Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality in managing data and information
