As an experienced Administrator you will be responsible for taking on a range of office duties, in which will support the workflow of a busy HR department team. Your duties will include:
- Deliver high quality service
- General administrative tasks such as typing, filing and photocopying
- Provides support for recruitment activities including short-listing, communication to applicants and induction
- Update HR intranet, forms and policies
- Data and records management
- Manage internal and external HR enquiries
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Admin and customer service experience
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Previous experience in HR is desirable
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 6 months (or willing to obtain)
