We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join the Compass Group Australia team on a full time basis, located within our newly renovated Perth head office.

**The Role**:
The Labour Workforce Planner is responsible for driving compliance and process evolution to our labour budgets in the ESS Offshore & Remote Business supporting operations to make forecasted accurate and financially impacting decisions based on the actioning and day to day management of the Workforce Plan. With Forecasts on labour demand and labour supply, Trend Analysis, Gap Analysis and Scenario building of ideas and initiatives to ensure maximum financial returns or large-scale cost mitigation actions are highlighted, actioned, and achieved.
