SMS are seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join their Recruitment and Mobilisation team in their Welshpool Office.

The Role Requirements:

- 1-2 years' experience in blue collar recruitment
- Demonstrated experience and user support in utilising recruitment systems.
- Able to support all recruitment activities such as sourcing applicants, conducting phone screenings, reference checks, etc.
- Experience with utilising client portals to aid in the mobilisation process.
- Will take the initiative to work through challenges to achieve the required outcomes.
- Has a problem-solving mindset and a results-oriented approach to their work.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Is proficient in using the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
