**About The Role**
- In this diverse role, no day will be the same You can work closely across PEXA’s internal and external events and sponsorship portfolio and support the team with engagement campaigns, communications, event invitations, logistics, and event delivery.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Communications
- Draft communication plans for marque events in consultation with the Events and Sponsorship Manager, Internal Communications Manager and Corporate Affairs where necessary. A communications plan may include copy for event invitations, promotion on social channels, the event brief, speaker notes, and post-event wrap-up.
- Work with Corporate Affairs and Marketing to coordinate sponsorship entitlements outside of events, such as articles, advertorials, and ads for various publications.
- Ad hoc communications for smaller events.
- Events
- Support the Events and Sponsorship Manager and Internal Communications Manager with the planning and delivering internal and external events. Duties may include sourcing venues and other vendors, drafting the brief, coordinating logistics and the guest list, preparing merchandise and promo material and onsite management.
- Collaborate with specialists and other cross-function teams, i.e., Marketing and Corporate Affairs, to deliver innovative and engaging promotional materials that support the event and effectively reach new audiences.
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders during all stages of the event process. Keep them informed and updated when the event is linked to or affects their business unit.
- Assist with event survey curation, collection, and quarterly reporting.
- Liaise with suppliers, including venues, caterers, entertainers, stylists, printers, merchandise suppliers and couriers.
- Maintain event templates and registers, including the enterprise events calendar.
- Coordinate post-event wrap-up, ensuring all event materials are saved and easily accessible.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in event management/logistics and/or communications and marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in Events Management, Marketing, or Communications (desirable)
- Excellent time management
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent multitasker
