Very competitive salary package
- $85,000 - 95,000 + super + commission

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with directors and clients to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Analyse data and provide insights to inform decision-making
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide coaching and training to clients and team members

**Who are you**:
To be successful in this role, you will be an effective communicator who can influence stakeholders and enjoy the responsibility of leading and developing a series of growth plans and strategies. Prior experience working within recruitment, professional services or sales-led industries will be highly regarded.
