ABOUT YOU
  • You are enrolled in or have recently completed a university course in one of the above disciplines.
  • You possess excellent communication skills.

Specific field experience is preferred for engineering and construction/project management disciplines.

Your career with Winslow begins in the field, working alongside our operations team.

  • Start by gaining hands-on experience on our construction sites, understanding how civil projects are built before moving into management roles.
  • Assist the Foreman and Project Manager with project planning, scheduling, compliance, and client communication.
  • Monitor the performance of construction crews and subcontractors against schedules and budgets.
  • Report and address performance issues.
  • Track production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Procure plant, equipment, and materials.
  • Help develop and review Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements.
