**About the Office of Responsible Gambling**
The Office of Responsible Gambling leads programs and initiatives to prevent and reduce gambling harm in the NSW community and provides public policy advice to the NSW Government.
The Office supports the Responsible Gambling Fund Trustees to provide advice and guidance to the Minister on funding responsible gambling initiatives consistent with the strategic direction, objectives and relevant governance arrangements.
Program areas include research, community education & awareness, intervention, support and treatment services and public policy development.
The Office manages GambleAware services across NSW. GambleAware offers face to face, phone and online counselling and specialist services to anyone adversely affected by gambling, including their family and friends.

Implement and coordinate a range of projects and programs to achieve strategic objectives including supporting responsible gambling and preventing and minimising the risk of gambling related harm.

**Key Accountabilities**?
- Contribute to the development and planning and coordinate and monitor a suite of programs and projects to deliver and meet program and project objectives and initiatives.
- Undertake various aspects of program and project management and implementation including delivering milestones, monitoring and reporting of projects and evaluating the outcomes of projects.
- Undertake research and analysis and gather information to support the development of key programs and projects.
- Implement programs and projects that are designed to review, monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of initiatives and objectives of the branch.
- Create a range of related documentation to internal and external stakeholders and clients including update reports, budgets, discussion papers and briefing notes.
- Contribute to the development of program and project management methodologies, guidelines and processes.
