The position:
As a Business Consultant, you will be supporting the coordination between Pyridam Farma and Probiotec Pty Ltd, acting as a vital link between Indonesia and Australia. The role will involve gathering and analysing data and handling relevant administrational tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your consulting skills while gaining hands-on experience in cross-cultural and international business operations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to gather insights about their business challenges and goals, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyse Data: Assist in analysing business operations, financial data, and market trends to uncover inefficiencies and potential growth opportunities.
- Support Solution Development: Contribute to the creation of tailored strategies and solutions that address client needs and align with their business objectives.
- Provide Guidance: Support the team in offering advice on improving business processes, organizational structures, and integrating new technologies.
- Assist with Implementation: Help clients implement recommended solutions, ensuring that strategies are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.
- Track Progress: Monitor the success of implemented strategies, providing updates and recommending adjustments as needed to meet client goals.
- Create Reports and Presentations: Help prepare reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders.
- Support Client Relationships: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering potential future business opportunities.
- Stay Informed: Continuously learn about industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and solutions to clients.
Essential Qualifications
Required Educational Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry-specific experience).

Pay: $73,150.00 per year
