Piccolo Me is part of the FABE (Food & Beverage Enterprises) Group, which owns and manages some great brands. The Piccolo Me brand is embarking on some serious growth, and currently has over 43 stores, with another 12 to open this year.

You will be working closely with the team, to ensure our franchise partners are fully supported. This role allows you to share your knowledge and experience with our franchisees, and ensure that they are maximising their sales and profits.

You will also be working with a passionate team of people who are focussed on “Franchisee Success.” Your number one priority is to ensure that our franchisees are fully supported in all aspects of their business.

We are looking for someone who has:

- A passion for food retailing & coffee
- Loves franchising
- Will be an operational expert (A gun)
- Has strong business acumen
- Is “Solution” driven
- Is patient and a great listener
- Attentive to franchisee’s needs
- Command strong store standards
- Report on numbers and trends to assist franchisees in their business

Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
