Based at our Laverton North Branch, we currently have an opportunity for Sales Support Consultant to join our team and assist in the servicing and expansion of our business.

**Your new role**:

- Support the Shred-X Business Development Managers and Sales team
- Responsible for contacting and liaising with customers regarding queries or issues related to contracts and services
- Ensuring customers receive efficient service and responses
- Complete company sales documents in CRM (quote forms, order forms, sales agreements etc) in a timely and professional manner
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Liaise with operations/logistics team providing priority route decisions made as well as ongoing feedback to customers on the resolution of incidents and requests.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Build and maintain relationships with team members nationally and its customers.
- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of CRM and invest in learning and development.
- Participate in team, coaching and development meetings, annual performance reviews and adhere to occupational health and safety training standards and on-going training.
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required by the team

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier, and on-site personnel
- Experience in a CRM software is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
