**Key Accounts Administrator** to join the Wholesale Team in our Support Centre

**You will**:
Reporting into the APAC Sales Manager, the
**Key Accounts Administrator** you will provide administrative and operational support to our largest global wholesale accounts, facilitating the end to end sales process and nurturing commercial relationships.

**Account Management**
- Administrative management of the key account base, working in conjunction with the Sales manager.
- Liaising with key accounts to provide business critical information, including Seasonal Sales Data, Delivery Dates and Brand information.
- Maintaining and tracking key account commercial terms, contribution, expenditure and rebates in season.
- Maintaining customer portals, uploading of images and brand / style information.
- Creating buy sheets and populating customer planograms.
- Assisting customers in building their seasonal buy.
- Creating Post Seasonal Reviews, to understand sales performance, optimise future range building and better assist customers with future buying.
- Creating and managing rosters for Key Account merchandising staff.

**Sales order management & order release**
- Daily management of outbound order release, making commercial decisions around the linking of stock, fulfillment rates of orders, dispatch efficiency and customer expectation.
- Managing the flow and dispatch of all global sales orders, ensuring key financial and operational targets are met on a monthly basis.
- Monitoring customer EDI’s.
- Accurate date management of the open order book,to assist with capacity planning and accurate financial forecasting.
- Receiving and entering replenishment orders to meet daily/weekly cut-off times for shipping.
- Approving and monitoring inbound replenishment orders.
- Supplying order confirmations, delivery timelines & tracking information.
- Consistent maintenance of open orders in AP21 including management of back orders and completing short shipments, to ensure stock and planning efficiency as well as accuracy with sales and financial forecasting.

**Wholesale Reporting**
- Provide the business with weekly Sell Through and Trade Performance reporting made available through key account portals.
- Provide Key accounts with regular weekly reporting including unshipped reports & delivery schedules
- Supporting accounts with product/sku information and marketing information (barcode files, material composition, campaign assets etc.)
- Running and distributing weekly stock on hand reports to customers to help facilitate orders in season.
- Using the weekly sell through reports to identify sales opportunities.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and energetic approach to work
- High level of organisation and planning
- Excellent customer service skills
- AP21 or similar ERP experience
- Experience with key account buying/planning
- Familiar with retail reporting
- Thrives in a customer centric team environment
- Commercial mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
