Your opportunity:
To do this successfully you will:

- Provide risk assessment, product and pricing terms, claims experience analysis, member insurance needs assessments, strategic insights, future product design and other client retention activities
- Provide support for the achievement of profile and revenue targets for the Group Insurance business each financial year
- Manage the pricing strategy for corporate business including identifying the optimal profitable, strategic and innovative pricing solutions that will allow the business to retain and win corporate business
- Support the Head of Master Trusts and Corporate Pricing to provide technical pricing oversight to the team, as well as broader commercial business skills and acumen
- Effectively contribute to the achievement of premium revenue and profit objectives for corporate business, both short and long term
- Prepare and/or review Pricing reports and Risk Assessment Matrix for all material product and pricing changes for the Actuarial team’s review and approval
- Lead, recruit, develop, retain and manage the corporate team, including providing professional guidance, ensuring the team members can confidently engage with Group Distribution regularly and with high quality work.
- Demonstrated pricing experience of Group Insurance products (preferably experience in corporate pricing)
- Strong knowledge of the group insurance market
- Understanding of the key drivers in the Group insurance market (impacting insurers and reinsurers)
- A solid understanding of actuarial concepts, capital, profit and value measures
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong excel spreadsheet skills and sound commercial awareness
