Looking to break into the world of international supply chain? Join us as an **Imports Coordinator** and gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations.

You’ll help manage bookings, check documentation, and support smooth cargo flow into Australia. No extensive experience needed—just great communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate import booking approvals and provide timely feedback to freight forwarders.
- Review and audit import documentation for accuracy, ensuring alignment with internal PO systems and Australian Customs regulations.
- Collaborate with the Trade Compliance team to verify product and documentation compliance.
- Communicate with freight forwarders and third-party providers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of bookings and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems, reflecting the status of compliance checks and booking approvals
