**What you’ll love**

We are hiring for a Tender Bid Coordinator to join our National Commercial & Industrial Sales team.

You’ll report to the Business Development Manager - National Key Accounts with the aim to develop tender formulation, support, drive tender process improvement, along with the timely completion and submission of high-quality tender responses.

The roles also includes driving the sales analytics for our largest corporate accounts to support overall revenue growth and account performance.

You will build close relationships with Major Accounts Managers and Sales Managers and provide strategic input into the win strategy through close monitoring of key industry trends, with excellent understanding of REMONDIS’ operational capabilities, unique selling proposition, and understanding of the needs of the prospective customer through direct involvement with customer meetings.

**Who you are**
- You’ll bring a depth of experience and track record of successful tendering and bid process improvement (necessary)
- To deeply understand how to best help our customers, you listen more than you speak
- The ability to prioritise and manage expectations of stakeholders and customers alike
- Possess the ability to drive outcomes through data analytics
- You’re a strong communicator, both written and spoken. Interacting with customers and stakeholders in a consultative approach
- You’re a highly skilled presenter, able to engage customers and senior stakeholders through PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Whilst experience in the waste arena is desirable, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high paced, dynamic environment
