- Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 + Super
- Located in the Inner Eastern Suburbs

We're partnering with a global ASX-listed manufacturing business that is headquartered here in Melbourne. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking to add a permanent HR Advisor to the team. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner across the full employee life cycle, as well as getting involved in a number of exciting projects.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will be responsible for:

- Partnering with mid-level leaders across the business to provide advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
- Monitoring performance management processes, offering advice and guidance when needed and reporting on performance management completion rates.
- Providing leaders with training on how to best conduct performance management conversations.
- Assisting with the full end to end recruitment process for high volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring that hiring managers follow the correct process.
- Pulling reports on a number of key metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism and diversity.
- Advising leaders within your client group on employee relations matters. This will include interpreting awards and enterprise bargaining agreements.
- Assisting with the quarterly reward and recognition program.
- Working alongside the HR Business Partner on a number of HR Projects. These projects could include; rolling out action plans as a result of the engagement survey, involvement with the new diversity and inclusion program, as well as working across learning and development initiatives.

To be successful within the role, you will bring:

- Qualified with a degree in Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
- Prior experience working within a HR Advisory position.
- Exposure working within a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and legislation.
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
