This is your opportunity to help shape the success of key projects and portfolios that directly contribute to Siemens' strategic goals.

As a PMO Data Analyst at Siemens, you'll play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting project and portfolio data across the business. Your insights will help leadership make informed decisions, support project managers in delivering value, and ensure that our work continues to align with both strategic targets and operational best practices.

You'll be responsible for consolidating data from multiple sources to evaluate performance against KPIs—covering time, cost, quality, scope, resources, EHS, and more. You'll produce high-quality reports and dashboards for business unit leadership, functional heads, and project teams, offering clear visibility into project health and identifying potential risks early.

In this role, you'll actively support project teams with data-driven insights, tools, and templates, while promoting compliance with Siemens' project management methodologies, such as . You'll monitor and improve data quality across enterprise-level project management systems, driving consistency and integrity through exception reporting and cleansing actions.

You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and supporting standardization initiatives, documenting processes, maintaining best practice libraries, and delivering training when needed. Additionally, you'll help manage PMO dashboards and templates, ensuring they evolve to support the needs of a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You should be comfortable communicating with both senior leadership and project teams and able to manage multiple priorities with precision.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need:

  • Experience in project coordination, project administration, or portfolio-level reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
  • A good understanding of project management methodologies ( experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or process mapping
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience with business process change and embedding benefits post-implementation
  • Familiarity with AI tools or AI agents is a nice-to-have
