Overwatch Traffic Services Pty Ltd is a wholly-owned Western Australian Traffic Management business. First established in 2017, we have grown to over 170 employees primarily based in our head office in Bayswater. Our Scheduling team is comprised of a number of professionals with technical knowledge of traffic management, and previous experience within the industry. Each brings a unique skillset and proficiency to the knowledge pool of the team. For those with previous experience in rostering/scheduling of staff, this is an excellent opportunity to switch or continue their career pathway within the traffic management space.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Use the Traffic Management Scheduling system – Traffio – to create and finalise bookings, and efficiently manage the allocation of staff, plant & equipment and other company resources.
- Work together with the team of Schedulers to efficiently and effectively complete tasks and responsibilities.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to confirm bookings for provision of traffic management services, with focus on attention to detail and information accuracy.
- Maintain department-related systems and processes.
- Cooperate and coordinate with related Departments, such as the Operations and Quotes Departments, where required, to ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner, and to ensure efficient business-wide operations.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders & create relationships with new clients and stakeholders.
- Assist to review and finalise job dockets/timesheets.
- Data entry as requested by Senior Management.
- Provide regular reports to management as required.
- Provide feedback on existing Traffic Management Scheduling policies and procedures when requested or required, for the purposes of continual improvement.
- Liaise professionally with relevant road authorities, local councils, emergency services and other stakeholders.
- Complete ad-hoc Traffic Management Scheduling duties as required.
- Positively contribute to existing company workplace culture, further enhancing it.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Previous Traffic Management experience would be highlight regarded – BWTM, WTM or AWTM accreditation.
- Current WA Driver's License.
- Current White Card.
- Excellent time management & organization, built on a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc).
- Highly developed time management skills in a team & individual setting.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and individually.
