**Assistant Supervisor Construction**

**Salary Range is $71,000 - $82,000 + super + Adverse Allowance**

**What You Will Be Working On**
- Assist in supervising and coordinating asset maintenance activities related to concreting and drainage within the City of Armadale.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure efficient completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize your expertise in construction administration to support planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance projects.
- Liaise with traffic management authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage work orders and documentation related to asset maintenance activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Foster a culture of safety and professionalism among maintenance crews, providing guidance and support as needed.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in concreting or drainage operations is essential.
- Strong background in construction administration or related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with work order systems and maintenance management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide leadership when required.
- Desirable certifications: hard pressure water ticket, confined spaces, gas testing, and traffic management.
