Our Assistant Supervisors are:

- Enjoy leading others
- Play a key role in improving our safety culture and results for the store
- Like variety in your work
- Think on your feet
- Follow policy and clear processes
- Ensure good communication and information sharing with team members
- Adapt to change
- Demonstrate resilience

To be successful in this role you’ll have

- A solid background in retail, ideally with demonstrated experience working in a supervisory/team leader role
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Values that reflect a high level of commitment to safety, always thinking about the customer and a belief in motivating your team to reach higher every day
- The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, and leaders
